WINTER WINE AFFAIR: Who says that February has to be boring?

It may be cold and dreary outside but don’t let the winter blahs get you down! Lift your mood and your wine glass at the Winter Wine Affair in Youngstown. This one day wine festival will be held at the Stambaugh Auditorium on Saturday, February 20th.

Since 1926 he Stambaugh Auditorium has been a historic landmark in Youngstown and is the ideal setting for a wine event. It is noted as one of the most beautiful buildings in northeastern Ohio. In keeping with its original Greco-Roman architectural style, this magnificent structure has been renovated and is the perfect facility to enjoy fine wines and conversation with the winemakers.

The event is broken out into two separate tasting sessions. The first session will be from 1:00-4:00 and the second session will be from 6:00-9:00pm. This is your opportunity to beat the winter blues with some reds, blushes and whites too! Come taste some of Ohio’s finest wines, sample gourmet cheese and fare from local restaurants all while enjoying the elegant sounds of local musicians.

Session 1

1:00-4:00 VIP ticket holders $35 per person (An extra hour! VIP ticket holders will have an additional hour to access the winemakers and their wines.)

2:00-4:00 Tasting ticket holders $25 per person

Session 2

6:00-9:00 VIP ticket holders $35 per person (An extra hour! VIP ticket holders will have an additional hour to access the winemakers and their wines.)

7:00-9:00 Tasting ticket holders $25 per person
