Pointillism and Fantasy in Fairmount Exhibit

Novelty, OH – Betty Skufca, a long time painter, will have her work on display and available for purchase at Fairmount Center for the Arts. The exhibit entitled Fantasies will be on display from September 6 through October 27.

Skufca’s art is inspired by her childhood love of fairy tales and science fiction. Her works in oil combines fantasy, surrealism, realism and Middle Eastern influences. Her incredible technique and skill in pointillism brings a unique, vibrant life to all of her pieces.

An opening reception will be held Saturday, September 6, 6-8pm, where guests can meet the artist and view over 50 works in oil while enjoying refreshments and hor d’ouerves.

This and all Fairmount Art gallery events are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday, 9-7pm, Friday, 9-3pm and Saturday, 9-1pm. Closed Sundays.
